The signed roster must be submitted to the RMSG office no later than Friday, July 13.  Rosters completed after July 13, must be turned in on-site to the Commissioners prior to the first game. Changes to team rosters will not be permitted after the start of the team's first game.

Competition Rules and Format:
Competition will be governed by official USA Spikeball rules (www.usaspikeball.com/official-rules). Each team has up to three touches per possession. Possession changes when the ball touches the net or the ground. Pool play will determine seeding for bracket play. Pool play games will be scored by rally scoring and played to 15 points; teams are required to win by two points with maximum of a 21 point game. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of 7 games (weather permitting). Tournament seeding will be determined by win/loss and point differential based on pool play record. Tournament and consolation bracket play will follow pool play and best of three games will determine advancement. Semi-final and final round format will be best of three games rally scoring to 21 points. Rocky Mountain State Games Commissioner reserves the right to cancel, combine or re-assign divisions or change competition format at the Commissioner's discretion to ensure quality competition.

*All participants MUST sign up for either the STARTER membership or the BALLER membership through USA Spikeball. USA Spikeball offers two tiers of membership to help support the growth and safety of the sport. Membership is required to register for USA Spikeball sanctioned events.
