CrossFit SoCo is a 15-year affiliate located in the heart of Old Colorado City. SoCo has more than a dozen years of experience organizing fitness competitions in the Colorado Springs area.

Teams of 3 – Same Sex Teams
RX and Scaled Division
RX movements may include
- Dumbbell movements with 50/35lbs
- Cleans up to 185/135
- Snatches up to 155/105
- Deadlifts up to 225/155
- Thrusters up to 115/85
- Shoulder to overhead up to 185/135
- Chin over the bar, Chest to Bar, and Bar Muscle Ups may be included
- Toes to bar
- Sandbag movements up to 130/100
- Burpees – all variations
- Box Jumps – all variations 24/20”
- Wall Balls up to 20/14
Scale Movements may include:
- Dumbbell movements with 35/25lbs
- Cleans up to 135/95
- Snatches up to 95/65
- Deadlifts up to 185/135
- Thrusters up to 95/65
- Shoulder to overhead up to 135/95
- Ring Rows, Pull Ups (at least 1 person must be able to do pull ups)
- Knee Raises
- Burpees – all variations
- Box Jumps – all variations 24/20”
- Wall Balls up to 14/10
