Individual:

Competition Rules and Format

Workouts: Six events across two days, designed to challenge strength, endurance, and strategy.

Movements: Typical movements include barbell lifts, bodyweight exercises, and endurance-based components. RX and scaled options are available.

RX Athletes in the Individual and Team Divisions can be expect to be challenged over the course of the weekend both inside and outside the competition floor over 6 different events and Arenas.

Movements are but not limited to:

  • Running Inside and outside the venue (Long and Short distance)
  • Box Jump variations 24/20’
  • Toes to bar
  • Pull up variations (Kipping, C2B, Strict)
  • Muscle Up Variations (Ring / Bar)
  • Rope Climbs
  • Handstand Walks
  • Handstand Pushups / Wall Walks
  • Snatch (Full & Power) at minimum (135lbs Males / 95lbs Females)
  • Cleans (Full & Power) at a minimum (185lbs Males / 125lbs Females)
  • Deadlift at a minimum (185lbs Males / 125lbs Females)
  • Thrusters at minimum (135lbs Males / 95lbs Females)
  • Shoulder to Overhead (135lbs Male / 95lbs)
  • Dumbbell Movements (Cleans, Snatch, Lunges, Presses) 35/50lbs
  • Sandbag movements (Cleans, Squats, Carries) (20-100lbs All genders)
  • Concept 2 Ergs – Distances or Calories (Rowing, Biking, Ski)
  • Echo Bike – Distances or Calories
  • Bodyweight movements (Air Squats, Pushups, Etc)

  • Dumbbell Movements (Cleans, Snatch, Lunges, Presses) at 35lbs/25lbs
  • Sandbag movements (Cleans, Squats, Carries) (20-100lbs All genders)
  • Concept 2 Ergs – Distances or Calories (Rowing, Biking, Ski)
  • Echo Bike – Distances or Calories
  • Bodyweight movements (Air Squats, Pushups, Etc)
