Lacrosse (6v6)

We are proud to announce that Olympic 6’s Lacrosse will be a part of the Rocky Mountain State Games for Summer 2024.  As the newest sport added to the Olympic Games, Lacrosse 6’s has grown in popularity, giving both boys and girls the opportunity to compete on a smaller field in a fast-paced and exciting lacrosse format!

The Olympic 6’s Lacrosse Tournament will take place over a two day period to compete for the Rocky Mountain State Games Championship. The participating boys and girls teams will play a minimum of 5 games over one weekend.

Youth ages range from boys & girls high school, 13U, 11U, 9U and
7U. There will be an Adult Elite & Masters Division for local college players, semi-pro and masters players.

Event Features:

  • 6v6 games on a shortened field. 5 field players and a goalie on the field for each team.
  • 5 game minimum over the course of the weekend in a championship format.
  • Premium venues ensure top conditions for play.
  • Professionally run by an events staff with decades of Lacrosse specific operational experience.
  • Vendor village and locally sourced restaurants and food trucks

Registration Deadline: June 20

Team Registration: $1200 (recommended team size 10-15 players)

  • Elite (under 30)

Competition Rules and Format

Teams will compete in a round robin tournament within their specific division for a Championship.

Age determination date for all divisions: Divisions based off of “grade completed” by Summer 2024 or youth lacrosse age division played during the previous spring.
