This is a USAW sanctioned tournament. All competitors must be current USA Weightlifting members and present their USAW membership card at time of weigh-in. All athletes must compete in a singlet. USAW memberships are available online at www.usaweightlifting.org and must be completed prior to competition.

Competition Rules and Format

This is a snatch and clean & jerk competition. USA Weightlifting rules will apply. For specifications regarding the competition rules and format, visit the USAW web site at www.usaweightlifting.org. Competition is individual by weight category and division. Proof of identity is required at weigh-in with either a picture ID showing date of birth or birth certificate, if school age and picture ID is not available. Rocky Mountain State Games reserves the right to refuse entry.

Awards: In addition to 1st-3rd place medals in each division and event, the following awards will be given during the meet.
